If Jeff Sauer doesn’t know how to solve a problem, the odds are he’ll try to find the solution ASAP. When Jeff was a young eighth grader his father needed help building a website and Jeff found ways to build not only a website for his father’s business, but also for his own video game interests and found ways to gain more traffic to his site. He eventually even surpassed his father in visits.
Jeff’s problem solving eventually brought him to Three Deep Marketing where he began working as a freelancer and was later hired as a principal/ Director of Interactive Marketing in 2008. His role includes heading up and running strategy for the campaigns we are in charge of, as well as creating strategy implementation and execution. Jeff is also responsible for anything online such as reporting and web development. He has been an asset for numerous brands and accounts including: Ronald McDonald House, Nestle Family, Nestle Healthcare Nutrition, Gerber, Lean Cuisine, Domino Sugar and Cargill. Jeff has also been the force behind getting Google Certifications for Three Deep by receiving certifications for Google Analytics IQ Test and Google Adwords Certified Professional.
While the internet is certainly one of Jeff’s main interests, he has numerous others which include traveling, barbecuing, entertaining people, remodeling his house, and hanging out with friends. Jeff is also known for his experience in the security industry as a guard for a fashion show and even appearing on the Today show as a bodyguard through the organization Bodyguard Careers. Another one of Jeff’s interests is Chipotle. He once even wrote numerous letters and started a website to get a Chipotle in Roseville, Minnesota.
Jeff says that he loves his position at Three Deep because he doesn’t consider it a job, but rather delivering a need for people that trust Three Deep’s advertising. He enjoys the office culture, the new office, and the ideas from the new hires. Jeff will be the first one to tell you that every employee at Three Deep is awesome. He hopes to increase awareness of Three Deep’s capabilities and be a thought leader in the Twin Cities in the next five years, which he is making great progress with as a Technology Director for the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association’s Board of Directors.
In the future, Jeff hopes to run a marathon and recently completed his goal to travel to every continent.
