Position Overview

Three Deep Marketing is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with team members from multiple disciplines to ensure the quality of our digital projects, particularly web development.

Scope

This person will have Software Quality Assurance (QA) and testing experience with a wide variety of projects and environments. Experience with functionality, compatibility, reliability, usability, regression and related testing types. Testing of web application, email, database and related projects on multiple platforms. Mentor, coordinator and leadership roles in creation and execution of QA and testing processes, test strategies and plans and defect management.

Responsibilities

Liaison with developers and project managers in all aspects of testing project deliverables
Responsible for requirement documentation, design documentation, test plans and detailed test cases
Assist in the ongoing evolution of company’s software quality assurance best practices
Develop use cases, user interface specifications, and user requirement specification documents
Must be flexible to changing priorities, processes, and clients needs

Skills and Qualifications

Superior analytical, troubleshooting, communication and presentation skill
Proficient in functional, negative, regression, acceptance (UAT), browser compatibility, and performance testing
Experience testing in virtual environments is a plus
Excellent knowledge and working experience with test planning, test case writing, test execution and test results reporting
Effective time management, detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Experience working in both detailed and abstract environments
Ability to work with minimal supervision and a self-starter
Experience with iterative development methods
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Primary web development platforms are .Net, SharePoint and custom CMS products
Technical knowledge of web 2.0 applications
Web site and application development, updates and maintenance experience
Working knowledge in automated testing tools WinRunner, Rational Robot, SQA Suite, Load Runner, NetScanTools
Knowledge of version control tools and methodologies
Identify, report and manage the lifecycle of all software defects identified

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Must have 3-5 years QA experience, ideally in an agency environment
